Claude 技能是教 Agent 用固定方式完成一件工作的指令包。本页收录我们评测过的全部 118 个技能，适用于 Claude Code 与 claude.ai——每个都附一行安装命令、明确用途，并对照上游仓库核查维护状态。

Claude 技能到底是什么
Claude 技能是一个包含 SKILL.md 文件的文件夹——名称、一段让 Agent 判断何时适用的描述、分步执行说明，以及可选的脚本和参考文件。技能按需渐进加载：Agent 平时只读描述，任务匹配时才加载全文，所以装几十个也不会撑爆上下文。
Claude Code、claude.ai、Codex 以及越来越多的运行时都读同一种 SKILL.md 格式——装一次的技能通常在你已有的工具链里都通用。
我们如何评测技能
上架前五项检查，上游仓库变化时复查：
1. 一行命令能装
对着仓库实际验证安装命令——装不上就不收录。
2. 真实使用
不只看 Star：issue 响应、发版记录、被其他项目引用。
3. 具体问题
收录做具体事情的技能，空泛的人设提示词不收。
4. 持续维护
近期有上游活动才收录——过时的先标记后移除。
5. 安全审查
技能是可执行指令，描述之外读写文件或联网的会被标记。
如何安装技能
两条路径覆盖绝大多数技能。手动：把技能文件夹拷进 ~/.claude/skills/（用户级）或项目内 .claude/skills/（项目级），然后重启 Agent 会话。更快的路径是 skills CLI——一条命令完成同样的拷贝，兼容 Claude Code、Codex 和大多数读取 SKILL.md 的运行时。
无论哪条路，Agent 都会在下个会话自动发现技能，不用改配置文件。
